Bogotรกโs Open Streets Program Is the Most Successful in the World. I Went to Find Out Why.
If you ask a Bogotรกno where they learned to ride a bike, they all have the same answer.
Last week, Bogotรก celebrated its weekly tradition of opening 75 miles of streets to 1.5 million bikers, walkers, roller skaters, and more. Its lessons have made their way around the world.

In Toronto, public transit projects take forever to build and are perpetually delayed. The Eglinton LRT was supposed to open 2020 and has been under construction for 13 years. Crucial transit projects in Scarborough even lack basic budget commitments.
But the Gardiner Expressway? Ahead of schedule!
