The hypocrisy of politicians to attempt to swiftly protect themselves from the threat of gun violence, when they could have done something to prevent over 2,000 children in the U.S. being killed by guns annually, (nearly 50k total gun deaths yearly) is sickening.

A worker making $50,000 a year contributes to Social Security with 100% of their income.

A CEO making $20 million a year contributes to Social Security with less than 1% of their income.
