Lakeland woman threatens insurance company, says ‘Delay, Deny, Depose’: police A Lakeland woman was charged Tuesday after police said she ended a call to an insurance company with the words, “Delay, Deny, Depose.”

A Florida woman was charged Tuesday after police said she ended a call with BlueCross BlueShield with the words, “Delay, Deny, Depose. You people are next.”

She was charged with threats to conduct a mass shooting or an act of terrorism, and her bond was set at $100,000.
