Great to hear @mareetodd.bsky.social note the #PublicHealth case against changing the law on alcohol in football stadia 👏

But we've yet to see any sign that the so called 'pilots' constitute the 'robust, independent research' demanded by football authorities' own exploratory research.

The team at our Stirling-based service were delighted to welcome @mareetodd.bsky.social, Minister for Drugs & Alcohol Policy & Sport in Scotland, earlier this week.

They discussed key interventions, challenges & the Minister expressed her commitment to harm reduction and drug death prevention.

It’s been a challenging start to 2026 but I managed out for a wee run on my #dailymile today.

It’s raining & thawing here in the west which means a LOT of water but fingers crossed we’ll avoid flooding.

A small but perfectly formed team out in snowy Thurso for our @theSNP national campaign day.

Too many of my constituents experience fuel poverty.

Scotland’s energy wealth should benefit the people who live here.

Cracking morning putting surveys out in Achiltibuie. We paused at Lorg na Còigich - the stunning new art installation commemorating the successful 1850s land struggles. Led by women, the people rose up against the injustice of the clearances - and won!

Started my day in Dornoch Academy, finished it in Lyth Arts Centre & in between I was delivering surveys on a glorious morning in Halkirk & a beautiful afternoon in Thurso.

Caithness, Sutherland & Ross is both vast and lovely!

A very short & gray December day today but our #dailymile at Inverbroom was lovely.

Thank you to @mareetodd.bsky.social for coming along to our Families Voices event today. Having heard directly from our mums affected by substance use, we hope that intensive support can be expanded to more mothers and their children which will give children a better start in life.

Thoroughly enjoyed our crossing in the tail end of a storm.

We couldn’t see the gorgeous hills of Wester Ross or North West Sutherland but the sea was wild & beautiful!

A wild day in the North West Highlands but Cooper had fun chasing deer (too old to catch them) and gathering seaweed.

I’m hopefully getting the ferry to Stornoway this morning - luckily I have decent sea legs.

Looking forward to some SNP campaigning & a St Andrews night do!
