My cats always considered my Christmas tree their own personal scratching post. I tried wrapping their presents & putting them under the tree, & my cats “investigated” their presents while I was at work.

The poor oranges can withstand a couple of hours of freezing temperatures, but nothing more. The groves tend to be in Central Florida. In South Florida, the iguanas begin falling out of their trees when it freezes. It’s a bit startling! 😳

Exactly! As an elementary school teacher I can confirm that being near children keeps me young at heart.

It reminds me of a trio who pulled me aside one night at college, took me out to eat at an Italian restaurant, helped me dye my hair & align my clothes & makeup more with the preppy college that I was attending than the navy brat junior college I’d been attending. The main one was a guy.
