That’s true. Maybe they will. 🫶🏾 I think they have a board who vote as well & their votes probably hold more weight than fan votes, but they probably factor in the fan vote in some way.

I think the hall itself looks to all artist who made a mark in the whole of music. Aretha was the 1st woman inducted, & she def isn’t rock. Last year’s inductees ran the gamut from rock/r&b/rap/pop.
Last year OutKast got in along with Soundgarden & chubby checker.
