There should be more violent opposition to unlawful arrests. You have the legal right. It's just difficult to actually make the case in court after the fact since the state has a monopoly on violence.

Claim that the suspect's papers are invalid and deny access to a lawyer.

Move the detainee multiple times so that nobody can see him or communicate with him.
