Then there's CBS: the only major network to increase climate coverage in the last few years. They just axed nearly their whole climate team.

A lot of AMD systems just come with dogshit curves that kick fans in/up far too late, so starting full power cooling at a lower temperature can help. I've seen 100% at 75c be a good starting point, and adjusting the curves kinda linear from there.

That definitely sounds like a thermal shutdown.
