Gimmick 00s outfit that exclusively reworked Michael Jackson songs into classic EBM. They perform exclusively in a blackout version of the HIStory Tour armor.

I think WitP and 8thMS suffer from the first pangs of otaku Zeon sympathy that would dominate all late-Gundam series, but it's at least from a more honest anti-officer class WW1 sensibility here.
That said, the Kämpfer is still a bit too cool a design for the thesis to really work (like Kerberos).

Reframing the desperation of late-OYW Zeon tactics as Spacenoid rebellion or "police actions" on the Sides is a bleak dichotomy, especially because WitP is seen through the eyes of a child.
Despite clearly being an overtly evil, it carries symbols of state authority children are taught to trust.

MS-18E KÄMPFER in 0080: War in the Pocket

Thinking about the Kämpfer. It's such an interesting villain design, both in-UC and in the franchise as a whole.
Its deep blue colors, giant SPAS, Germanic naming scheme, and close-quarters urban combat "one strike" design philosophy are clearly a post-Kerberos (novel) fascist pseudo-SWAT direction.
