Proscribed on what grounds ? Causing a nuisance ? Making too much noise ? Or another of the Tory trumped up charges from the last government, to stop democratic protest?

I genuinely don’t understand why the labour government would view retired vicars at a humanitarian demonstration in the same light as far right extremists plotting targeted violence.

I think this is state overreach to protect a political position.

Gambling franchises set up in disadvantaged areas where many people are living pay check to pay check. It’s immoral and exploitative. Maybe Labour could, if they don’t wish to legislate them away from such areas, focus on improving people’s standard of living?

It’s empathy, something sorely missing from most of modern life. In fact, being callous has been elevated to an aspiration.
