Basically rather than subsidizing their employees' insurance next year they're partnering with a company that provides "enrollment options" for choosing your own marketplace plan. They're very excited about the level of freedom this offers you (to not have health insurance paid for by your employer)

Open enrollment starts next week, looking over my workplace's insurance options for 2026. They're making some exciting new changes which seem to amount to "get fucked"
