One thing is clear: the Trump Administration is abusing their power and threatening the safety of the American people. From breaching national security to deploying the military against our communities, I want to remind everyone: this. is. not. normal.

Bring your own picnic and beverages (alcoholic beverages not allowed in the park). Have some fun with the kids, including face painting and games. There will be four food trucks on site.

ROUGH AGENDA:
11 AM: Picnic and music from the Resistors.
Noon: Speeches from local dignitaries and nonprofit groups
1 PM: Parade around perimeter path (not street). Can use bikes, wagons, and walkers. Silly hats and signs welcome!
2 PM: Dance party by DJ Robert Luke
3 PM: Head home

Please also bring trash bags. If you pack it in, then pack it out. There are limited trash cans at the park. If you bring a shade structure, be sure to bring weights as you are not allowed to 'stake' it in the ground in the park.

You might also consider taking the FREE city bus! Bus Route 157 goes to Montano & Taylor Ranch, just 1 block away from the park. More info: www.cabq.gov/transit/rout...
