Can we have the old D2 raids back now?

As someone who got into Destiny 3.5 years ago, I would love to have the key moments of the 10 year story represented in the modern game, before what comes next; they’ve proven with stuff like the Campaign memories and reprised strikes that they’re able to do so; the question remains if they will.

I don’t need full campaigns, give us the rest of the D1-D2 “memories” of the campaigns, give us the key strikes from both games that are missing, give us the raids everyone wants back, etc.

If the old rumors are true that Bungie is going to take a “break” following The Final Shape before the next D2 expansion, I think they’re missing a huge opportunity if they don’t give us what they’ve already shown they can do.
