funny thing about rsd is that it's not a symptom, but a trauma response, and some random psychiatrist decided to pathologize it after noticing it a lot on ppl with adhd (part of the group of ppl we say 'can't be studied withiut accounting for trauma') and now ppl think you can't get better from it.
