Did anyone's family use angel hair to decorate for Christmas? My grandma used it in the 1960s. I remember being told as a child not to touch it because it was made of spun glass and could cut. That may have been an exaggeration on the part of the adults in the household 🤪

What is your favorite decade to read, write, or chat about for those who are interested in twentieth century American history? For me it is 1917 through the 1920s, when a beloved Grandmother came of age. Also, the late 1960s through the 1970s, the era of my adolescence.

Finally reading Amazingly Bright Creatures!

Just discovered author Katherine Center this week when I checked out one of her older books, "The Lost Husband." Will be reading many more of her stories and recommending her to friends who love to read.
