That's one way to do that, I guess. It's not a terribly "waggle" input-intensive game, so you should be able to get thru it, but you'd probably be better off using a controller with gyro features for it.

The only problem I've had playing that game specifically is just using the IR pointer for contextual actions, but that's arguably an issue with Dolphin in general when using a real Wiimote.
