I have local news on in background and they tied to the 60 minutes story and the pending sale and ties to admin. Was nice to see normal coverage. The channel has done good job holding off their ties to Nextsar with their coverage outside of when they remind you to watch Newsnation.

Travel shows have talked about it for years, but it's insane how it takes off randomly now. Also not sure how unique it is to Dubai, more of a Middle Eastern style thing.

These are always surprising videos and it's not great that the water entered an in-service train, but the pumps catch up in about 10-15 minutes. The system is designed to take this water.

if the U.S. had a functional press it would have been 10 years of wall to wall merciless coverage about the fact this man operates at a third grade reading level and has absolutely no fucking idea how even the most basic things work

it's not regional, but yes it is better than all of these. Their chicken sandwich also is better than most of the other fast food places. Shake Shack is in LA, Texas, etc. I say this as someone who likes the burger at in and out.
