My weight has been stuck above 64kg lately. I don’t know why, but I guess it’s because of the seasonal change. It’s October and getting colder gradually, so maybe my body is reacting to the change and trying to hold on to some weight. I’d like to say “don’t be tense, let it go” to my body.

My weight was 63.0kg on March 15, but reached 64.5kg on March 20!! However, I had a big bowel movement, and my weight returned to 63kg on March 21. I must keep my bowels healthy.
