Turning to Bovino, the Court specifically finds his testimony not credible. It does make Kevin McCarthy look positively Churchillian in retrospect. Perhaps the House ought to take a cue from the Senate and make the Speaker purely a presiding officer who calls the body into session when it needs to be in session, not when someone at the WH says it's OK.
