Haven't had time to finish anything recently so here's some pyrography I did a few years ago!
Loved doing this, drawing with fire is so cool, but equally difficult to find the space to actually do it at home.
On account of the "writing with fire" part 😅

I found blue ink! This was a really quick experiment to see how blue ink and bleach interacted (featuring Megas!)

And fyi, when your art paper runs out, don't skimp on the GSM of the replacement. Especially if you paint with bleach! 😅

I've been busy moving house so haven't had much time or space to do painting recently.

I've found that watercolour pencil isn't good at large areas like a sky. Still turned out okay though.

I did this the opposite way around to normal, inking and shading before colouring and bleaching the combination. Not sure it'd always work but did here.

The paintress...?
I was trying a more subtle, wavery effect. The legs turned out well, but the top half was quite ink heavy. It's given me some other ideas though.

An experiment to see if I can paint ink on top of ink that's already been bleached.

Answer is yes, but it runs and I can't do lighter layers as easily.

It looks cool though. I like the moon effect.
