The reason Trump and Mike Johnson want to “take over elections” is because they know they’re deeply, DEEPLY unpopular. They are far too weak to withstand a free and fair election.

Parents are afraid to send their kids to school, classrooms sit half-empty, children are being taken to detention facilities. We’ve crossed a line.

I stood with education leaders to discuss the growing harm federal actions are causing to children, families, and our schools.

happening this morning in Minneapolis -- ICE agents drawing guns on observers. I reiterate again that it is only a matter of time before DHS kills more innocent people in Minnesota. Congress needs to shut this shit down right now.

Today I joined House Democrats at ICE headquarters in DC to demand Kristi Noem's impeachment & voted NO on funding for DHS. Not a dollar more until DHS ends its violence & abuse of power.

Trump's federal agents killed two Americans in broad daylight. We are not backing down.

Oversight Democrats released a report exposing how federal law enforcement leadership decisions led to the murders of Americans Renée Good and Alex Pretti.

These were foreseeable outcomes of reckless authority and ignored warnings.
