Hey thanks for your comment and watching all the way through. Sadly I'm not looking for a translator of the game. It will probably end up being an itch-only game and will only have translations I can do on my own. Not that there will be much text to translate anyway.

Being able to immediately change audio volume is pretty important in my opinion. Some game music is just too loud for my taste, especially when I have a friend in voice chat and can't hear them at all anymore. Also for streamers window mode setting etc. is relevant for their setup.

I really don't like all those auto translations on Youtube. It's not just the video voice line, but video titles as well. Heck even ads, which is the most baffling to me. I don't get why its forced on us. I don't see anyone benefiting from it: Not Youtube, not users, not even advertisers.

Also: What's so important about the coding style of someone? That's like reviewing an artists art style without being asked to and be like: "Jo they are bad because these proportions aren't right by industry standards!". So what, who cares? People write game code, not system critical software...

Coding Jesus made a code review without asking? Called out PirateSoftware for bad coding practices in a project CJ is not involved in? For the views? I don't like PS because of StopKillingGames, but this puts CJ in a bad light character wise as well for me. Seems to try hard to be liked by YT algo.

People easily fall into the concept of either fun or thoughtful. But good games often are both. And fun can arise from game situations, even when describing them doesn't make them sound like fun.

For those using #GodotEngine 4.x for their game and have problems running their game on older hardware: While it is stated in the docs (docs.godotengine.org/en/stable/tu...) to use gl_compatible, I found out mobile can work better (tested with intel cpu/gpu chip). So try this too before giving up!

Had a pretty productive day today dusting off my old C++ framework. As current Blender (which I need for my main Godot game) doesn't work on my old Laptop, I'll play around with my C++ framework while on the move.

Have been working all day on my game. Most of the time was spent hunting some bugs with triggering animations. I just can't work properly with Godot's animation tree system.

Finally had both motivation and time to work a few hours on my game again. Spent it all on fixing a single bug. Yeah cool, the character animation now properly pauses when going to a menu...But did it need to be this complicated?!
