Visual showing the text: What is the main question your research is trying to answer? “This project aims to explore the extent to which environmental rights and other regulatory instruments can contribute to the development of eco-friendly AI technology.”

This question drives the research of our current #CAISfellow Assoc. Prof. Alberto Quintavalla (Erasmus University Rotterdam). His project explores how EU law can align AI innovation with sustainability.

✨A little recap of our conference
Just a week ago, we were still at the Makerspace of RUB, where our conference “Creating Spaces for Digital Futures” really took off. In the meantime, our energy levels have slowly been restored, + we’re looking back with great satisfaction.
