4 degrees - "ordentlich frisch" - at #volksgartenparkrun today. But it was dry and perfectly fine for running/jogging/walking on the leaf-covered paths. A total of 107 finishers completed he #parkrun in Düsseldorf this morning.

This is happening just around the corner from where we live, and it's sad on multiple levels 😉

#volksgartenparkrun was cancelled due to the public holiday today. So it was time to do #parkrun tourism. #mauerwegparkrun in Berlin saw 33 finishers on a crisp and sunny morning. Thanks to all volunteers.

I was doing volunteering tourism and visited #bahnstadtpromenadeparkrun in beautiful and crazy sunny Heidelberg today. The #parkrun had 65 finishers.

Heidelberg parkrun are celebrating their second birthday on Germany's special parkrun day (Friday, October 03). Maybe celebrate with them?!

For all #parkruntourists out there: parkrun special in Germany takes place on Friday, October 3rd. Maybe a great day to visit #volksgartenparkrun in Düsseldorf. Also, #uerdingerstadtparkparkrun plan their first ever #parkrun on October 04th in Krefeld, which is 20km from Düsseldorf.

Well, after last week's sunny edition, it was mainly Mistwetter this morning at #volksgartenparkrun number 250. The 78 finishers were outnumbered by geese, I suppose, but it was a fun #parkrun here in Düsseldorf.

Kaiserwetter at #volksgartenparkrun today. Very sunny and loads of lovely locals and tourists (Ed Sheeran is in town for three gigs, and it is Caravon Salon as well). We had 118 finishers in total at the Düsseldorf #parkrun. And we cannot wait for our 250th #volksgartenparkrun jubilee next week.

Yeah, it was a wet morning and just right to cover under the trees at #volksgartenparkrun ... at least until the briefing was over. After that, 94 runners and walkers could not be stopped by the weather and finished their #parkrun in Düsseldorf.

We cheered 125 finishers on at the 247th edition of #volksgartenparkrun today. Very pleasant day for a #parkrun in Düsseldorf with temperatures around 19C.

When in Vienna do as the locals do... and the tourists, of course. It was a hot and sunny morning at beautiful #donauparkparkrun today with >200 finishers and a fantastic team of volunteers at #parkrun.

Perfect #parkrun conditions today in Düsseldorf at #volksgartenparkrun. 18C and a light breeze. 112 lovely people joined the fun and crossed the finish line at some point between 18 and 62 minutes. I'm still recovering but supported and enjoyed the community as the time keeper.

In other news. Kylie Minogue came to Düsseldorf. We love our divas.

Injuries suck. So, while running was not an option for me today, volunteering at #parkrun, luckily still was. #volksgartenparkrun #240 saw 121 finishers today and 20+ volunteers. In case you attended, you got your finish token from me.
