i have learned a lot, and learned that i can be loved this year. i just need to allow people to love me, and i need to love me too.

i still mourn the friends i have lost, but , this year i will really meet people where they are at, and not where i wish they were

it can be because you are used to being let down by many people and you are changing quickly, and so finding kinder friends. or, something about them feels inconsistent. your body recognizes it, but you dont consciously yet. be mindful of the times you feel bad around them, and identify the behavior

yeah i feel the same way, if i feel something yet i cant articulate it, i think my brain still needs to process the information to form an opinion, or i need to investigate closer if i feel something is off. but still, i cant Claim my limited assumption as Fact. at that point, someone may get hurt

i think what sometimes happens is, we all have different definitions of Truth; My truth may be a lie to someone else, or seen as inaccurate to an outsider, who may value a different factor of the event more heavily than me. and when big emotions are at play, that muddies Truth even more, as you said
