My loaded tea: 12-14oz black or green tea (or combo of both), Bare Bones Passion Fruit Elevated Mix packet + Zapz packet. It's like rocket fuel w/ protein, prebiotics & caffeine. Sometimes I sub a Yerba Mate fruit tea packet for the Zapz for a lighter energy boost.
