Tweeting on X feels like vomiting into a universe-sized bottomless pit of clanker slop. Posting on Bluesky feels like sharing a coffee with friends sitting on the porch watching the sun go down. Like can you please pass the butter croissant thank you here's a hug.

There is still a massive alpha in the feed algorithm for X/bluesky/instagram. The algo should get to the level where people spend more time on each piece of content while time on the app stays the same or increases. This will usher in the age of reading and long-er attention spans again.

Can't stop gushing over how much better bluesky is over X. Not a single article-slop on my feed yaya!

If this is the effect I'm noticing after 9 days of daily writing, I wonder what would happen if I continue it for 90 days! Surely the marginal daily improvements would continue to reduce as I get better but the idea of fulfilling my best writing self is enticing.

Writing used to be a slow and difficult process for me as I used to struggle with perfectionism in constructing the best sentences. Now it feels as if the pressure has been taken off of me - there's always going to be more sentences so each doesn't have to be perfect.

I used to struggle with starting a daily writing practice. A few days back I set up a beeminder.com goal of 500 words a day failing which the company will charge $5 to my credit card. It's been 9 days and I've written 5k words.

In addition to these softwares not existing if not for claude code, none of these are useful to the extent of becoming a part of my workflow.

I should try building a research orchestrator to automate legal research.

I've been building so many little software with claude code which I wouldn't have otherwise. I get an idea and immediately spin up an instance of claude code to build it out.

Although, I've noticed I get bored easily and drop the project after ~v3 in favour of something new.

The immediate thing bluesky is better at than x is the UI. It seems more robust.
