COURT UPDATE:
The High Court has dismissed an application seeking to stay the Presidential Advisors judgment.
Justice Mwamuye today dismissed an application by the 21 Presidential Advisors who sought to stay the judgment that declared the creation and staffing of their offices unconstitutional.
