I get major media, but what about all of the small guys? Most of my independent sources never even mention it. I put on any channel in SiriusXM, silent. Substack, Patreon, no mention ever of Israel.

Why doesn’t anyone discuss Israel when discussing Epstein?

I’m a Vermont trained NP and worked UVM oncology and I can tell you 100% it is not. Palliative doesn’t equal end of life care, it’s management of symptoms of chronic illness. Fits well with hospice, isn’t hospice.

Even here in the US, palliative does not mean end of life care.
