About a year ago, I had 12 EV chargers installed at work. At the time, I thought that maybe 12 was too optimistic a number. Even with a sizable grant and rebates, I worried about the optics if they’d sat empty. Today (and many days), they are fully occupied and paying for themselves.

I will never understand how anyone can justify paying for food delivery on a regular basis. As a household in the top 10% of earners, it still feels incredible indulgent and frivolous when we use it once or twice per year.

Putting this out there for anyone who might benefit from the info. Weekly extended fasting (48+ hours) cured my GERD. I suffered from it even as a thin person and tried different things to calm it down, from eliminating certain foods, eating earlier, and meds. Nothing else worked long term.

Was being overly critical of my guitar playing abilities the last few days, but was quickly cured by spending a couple hours in guitar center today. Tough on the ears, but true self care in the end!
