I have a low opinion of Schumer, but this is mostly a good list of concessions that would be good to win. There's no mention of how any of it would be enforced or what the consequences for violating things are, but it's mostly a good list.
One exception: body cams. They'll only use them for evil.

The White House is holding this project hostage—unconstitutionally, as it was funded by Congress—because:
