a 6g piercing needle pushed horizontally through my neck, centered between my tattoo. the skin is very raised over the thick needle. you can see the skin stretched around the shaft upon exit. this new hole is my tightest. the bevel is facing upwards and the needle is level. it looks technically perfect yet so very wrong. what kind of freak would do this to itself?

aftermath. post-removal and cleanup much later that night. the wounds has begun to clot, though they would continue to reopen and bleed over the next 4 days. my throat is already beginning to bruise a deep purple around the piercing site. the area is beginning to swell around the holes. i feel perfect and changed.
