I would be thrilled if this was a meaningful “win” but didn’t the Supreme Court already rule on this with a decision that would render this federal judge’s decision null? I hope I am wrong but also hoping someone can help clarify. These rulings that either are ignored or overturned seem futile.

Feedback from like-minded people on these posts is comforting, but discussing these illegal/unethical/asinine behaviors and actions on social media does nothing to change or stop them and I fear they are becoming normalized, lessening the will of society as a whole to change them. I am headed back to Botswana in June for my third safari trip and am trying to get better at wildlife photography, especially birds. Anyone here have suggestion(s) for helpful online courses? I use a Sony alpha 6000 with a midrange lens and a Tamron telephoto. A “little” from my last trip below.

I should have said that I can’t believe it is happening. I understand the mechanisms at play. I just can’t believe they are working in what used to be a pretty decent country with at least enough people in it who understand and respect the tenets of a modern society and science to uphold both.
