We are really grateful for that. The funding status was unclear for a bit but it fell into place.

I have a son who graduated from UC Berkeley this year and graduate programs are challenging now. He's secured a research spot in a lab at Cal for the next year and we'll definitely be looking at European genetics PhD programs.
