When I first read it I thought almost like a detective board of evidence but more like hung up in someones kitchen. Like a panicked manifestation of a brain map. All the worries in someone's life there to see on a board. Paints a picture of who that person is without ever really interacting.

I think he isn't perfect but he is a really good man manager and seems to understand playing out from the back the way the manager wants to.
