In other news, shaved my head.
- time to regrow some healthy hair and become the silver fox I was destined to be.

So, recently started hitting the gym.
Workout app says my workout equates to lifting an elephant.
Arms are sore af the next day.
Worst part about it - I’m so hungry my stomach is currently more sore than my arms.

Why is getting healthy such a clusterfuck?

Travelling for work, on a Sunday, in a heatwave is not fun.
Currently melting on a train. If I die - make sure I’m cremated and turned into a gloriously ornate buttplug.

The sleeve rework coming along nicely. 2/3 more sessions and I think we’ll be near enough done.
