I think we’re in the midst of the culture war and it’s between caring about individuals versus what people justify as self preservation. As a therapist I see it everywhere. It’s been going on for a long time but accelerating at the moment because narcissists thrive in hypercapitalist cultures.

It isn’t delusional to want the world to be different and to take action to make a small piece of it what you want it to be.
