The very first time I ever ordered an eggs benedict at brunch, it was served with the most magnificent blueberry (!) hollandaise sauce. I don’t even know how they accomplished a recipe like that and now I’ll never know, but the flavors were perfect together. The diner didn’t survive the pandemic. 😭
