Every 15 minutes, a worker suffers an injury that requires more than a week off work.
On Monday, April 28th,we commemorate those working people killed and injured at work with Rā Maumahara Kaimahi, Workers’ Memorial Day.
Join us in Palmerston North to honour working people killed and injured at work, and to call for protecting and improving the systems intended to keep workers safe and healthy at work, systems that Brooke van Velden, Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety, plans to weaken.
