Course features:
This 8-hr HAZWOPER Refresher meets the requirements of both 29 CFR 1910.120 and 8 CCR 5192

Who should attend:
Workers who completed a 24-hr or 40-hr HAZWOPER training must take the 8-hr refresher within 12 months of their previous HAZWOPER training as required by 29 CFR 1910.120 and 8 CCR 5192.

Training dates: April 1st, 2026

It’s an important season for workplace injury reporting! From Feb to April, most employers are required to post a summary of injuries and illnesses that occurred at the workplace in the prior year. In CA, the Cal/OSHA Form 300A must be posted in a visible location.
