1. vastly overpay transfer fees for very average players.
2. vastly overpay salaries of those players .
3. Stumble along without a long term plan.
4. Extract as much money as i could without caring about performances, trophies, fans etc

Whenever I've watched Pedro it seems like he can create a bit of magic out of nothing whereas Johnson is a little more reliant on his teammates.
