We need direct intervention by closing the skies as bare minimum. Ukraine can't overcome its manpower shortage.

Thank you, @ec.europa.eu and NATO.

This attack and the blowing up of the rails between Lublin and Warsaw are a direct result of your spineless cowardice, and your disingenuous pretence that we are not at war with ruzzia.

Historic stone building:
A weathered, pale-colored structure sits directly on the water’s edge. Its walls show age and patina, with moss and water marks near the base. A narrow stone staircase descends from a small terrace down to the water. The building has small windows—some square, one circular—giving it a rustic, almost monastic character.

Arched doorway:
A tall arched doorway with a wooden door stands above the staircase. The door is open, creating a sense of quiet mystery.

Reflections:
The calm water acts like a mirror, reflecting the building, trees, and particularly the stone bridge. The circular opening of the bridge and its reflection form an almost perfect ring on the surface.

Old stone bridge:
To the right, an ivy-covered stone bridge arches over the stream. Its rough texture and slightly irregular stones blend naturally with the environment.

Trees and vegetation:
Leafless winter trees with twisting branches loom overhead, some covered in moss. Dense shrubs and climbing vines soften the scene. The mood is quiet and misty, suggesting early morning or late winter.

Atmosphere:
The overall feeling is serene, muted, and timeless—as if the place hasn’t changed in centuries. The soft light and mist give it a painterly quality, reminiscent of an old European countryside.

Four centuries of stillness.

Abandoned XVII-century farmhouse, on a foggy winter morning.

Generally, there is an overabundance of garish poorly-matched colours.
See how number two stands out without indulging in Trumpian taste.

This is just a neutral background of a hypothetical terrain, to match the new banner. Future thumbs will have graphics relevant to the topic discussed, when possible.

It's called Rembrandt Lighting, and it's meant to be a hard contrast, typically with no details in the shadow.
We are working toward multiple cinematic iterations, with different types of lighting and effects to keep them varied and interesting, while simple to set up.

Thanks for your feedback.

#NAFO 1🧶. There is no electricity and heating at home. But I really want to go back. While I’m here for rehabilitation, I actually feel worse than at home. At home they bomb every hour — but at home there are no ruzzians . In Europe there are plenty of ruzzians . And they live here perfectly well.

Q&A: Missiles, strategy, shadow fleet, Russia's economy
YouTube video by Anders Puck Nielsen Q&A: Missiles, strategy, shadow fleet, Russia's economy

After a short hiatus on YouTube, I am back with a Q&A video. I discuss missiles, Russia's war economy, who is winning the war, and whether Denmark can close the straits to Russian ships. Watch it here.

❗️According to French journalists, the "historic" agreement to be signed tomorrow between 🇺🇦Ukraine and 🇫🇷France will concern Rafale aircraft and weapons systems for them, the SAMP/T NG long-range air defense system with Aster 30 B1 NT missiles,

As a German & American, I wish our citizens were half as mobilized about our own corruption scandals as Ukrainians are about theirs. Look at Schröder, Schwesig, MAGA grift… We must demand consequences too. Stop fighting corruption & democracy doesn’t just decline. It gets taken.

Unless it's Rafale, it would be more useless Mirage junk, which is incapable of carrying Meteor missiles. That's what Ukraine needs now to contrast ruzzian aviation dropping glide bombs.

To everyone sympathetic for Ukraine who is trying to downplay this or do whataboutism pointing to corruption in the West - the best thing we can do for Ukraine is to help it eliminate corruption ASAP, as it's the single biggest weakness of the country.
