The Budapest summit is off. Trump's reaction: He says a meeting is a "waste of time."

Neither. Instability is the right-wing elite's way of saying, "Don't threaten our interests!" And unmet expectations are just routine politics. I worry that people in the US will relax in the expectation they'll simply "vote out the bums" in the next election. The current threat is much greater.
