@HHS_Jim Thank you @POTUS for your leadership. I call on vaccine manufacturers to develop safe monovalent vaccines to replace the combined MMR and “break up the MMR shot into three totally separate shots.”

There is no evidence that breaking up the MMR shot would make the immunization safer or more effective.

The reason why the acting CDC director wants to separate the MMR shot is to discourage people from getting vaccinated by creating larger hurdles.

but I just started a sulfonylurea today and a post meal BG reading was 80 mg/dl lower than it's ever been 😭 and I'm feeling moderately hopeful for the first time in like 8 months. I'm not overweight and other numbers (lipids, etc.) are normal but the depression/cptsd/anxiety has made it very hard 2/

so I got diagnosed with t2d earlier this year (huge genetic component; also am fairly sure stress in my job since the beginning of covid and some gnarly episodes of depression contributed to the diagnosis just shy of my 43rd birthday). upping my metformin didn't do much to move my BG readings 1/
