Beach day with my queen!

I had the opportunity today to help a young 16 year old boy who's leg was lost in an accident. I went alongside his dad and showed him all the things he could do, even with his crutches which I told him in time would go. What an invigorating experience. I cried in the locker room afterwards. 🥲🥲🥲

Was never into Cannabis. I did get heavily addicted to oxycodone though. Found my way out the other side and tried Cannabis for my back pain. 15 years later since I first tried it and still hated it. These days I get nerve block injections and dont use substances. Good luck with your surgery!!

When i got clean it started off as motivation because I made a promise to my wife. I never broke a promise to her. Every weak moment I imagined her disssapointed eyes and face. Long story short, I still have not broken that promise, but I understood i got clean for me all along.

We all wished we asked for help sooner but we can't live that way. We need to live for today and hope for tomorrow. Past is in the past. Can't change it. Just gotta keep rolling!!

You are right! To be able to say, "hey bud, i was you once and this can all be okay" goes a long way! When I got clean I was soooo embarrassed to wear addict on my back even knowing I had to for awhile. But than I learned that people's walls crumbled and came to me. Its been on my back ever since!!

This amount of fentanyl will kill you. EVERY time you buy street drugs/pills, you are taking a massive chance. This shit is killing our children at an alarming rate. Fake oxys, Xanax, heroin and even weed can all be laced with fentanyl. Do not sugarcoat this to your children!!

I've put that woman through so much. Even through addiction, she never once treated me like anything but her husband and she promised that when I was ready, she'd be right there waiting... and she was. Neither of us was ready for the week ahead but we made it!! I never wanted to disappoint her again

The storey of Micheal Hutchence and Paula Yates and children is so heart breaking. THAT my friends is what addiction does. People on top of the world....... and dying inside. I want people just like them to feel like they can ask for help. If that person can be me, im all in!! Fuck stigmas ❤️❤️

Anyone struggling in addiction, or someone who has "slipped". Its not your whole life. Its 1 day. Accidents can happen. Just dig down and try and remember as hard as you can what it felt like to live. Life that you can see, hear, smell, and breathe. Don't give up. EVER. Much Love ❤️❤️
