Have you tried taking melatonin sublingually? I was recently told that it was originally sold for sublingual use because it absorbs faster and more effectively directly into the blood steam.

This is Winnie, she is smol, fluffy, and teleports silently. She is a fearsome squirrel and bunny chaser.

Her jobs is to ensure I leave my house at least 2x daily to walk.
