ive never talked about this with anyone, and talking about it openly is very hard, but i cannot find people asking similar questions. and im too scared to bring it up to my parents, i dont think they’ll be upset or anything, but i know they’ll be disappointed. im disappointed. i want to change.

i know i need to visit a dentist. i was going regularly for a moment, but stopped. last time i went it wasn’t terrible but my gums weren’t the best. it’s now been about a year since that visit, and i am just so anxious.

please give me tips on how to be better and how to address this with a dentist

but I also go through these moments where I take really good care of my teeth, but then i start going downhill again and it’s just a never ending pattern.

im now at a point where im very anxious about my actions and im deeply worried about the damage im causing to my teeth.

I know it’s not unheard of, but im still very embarrassed, but i struggle with taking care of my teeth. I know i need to brush twice a day, but as I’ve gone through mental health spouts my teeth just keep going lower and lower on my priorities list++

i work at a grocery store. my department is usually the beauty department, but sometimes I help out by giving out samples. i don’t mind helping, i get to talk and interact with so many different people. but god damn its hard to act normal when talking to someone with a bright red tramp hat on…

I officially finished my christmas shopping today 🤭 i got a couple presents for everyone in my family!! and this will be my first year it was all on my own/with my money!!! 😭

what’s crazy about that is i have (easily) found pedo accounts on that app. they don’t hide. literally look up pedo and you’ll find some 😐 and x doesn’t do shit about it either. loving this app more and more everyday, because im actually getting away from the gross and creepy people

update: i am 5 hours in, only about 4 left, they got pizza for us today so we wouldn’t have to deal with the lines on our lunch/breaks, so that’s nice.

I understand your point and where you’re coming from, but i think people ‘don’t want’ trump supporters here because a vast majority of them are moving to the @bsky.app solely to harass/spam/insult others that moved to this app for more peace. yes, not all of them, but a lot of them.
