Trump’s decision to bomb Iran risks escalating an already volatile situation into all-out regional conflict. It’s time for Congress to step in and exercise their constitutional authority over war and peace by passing legislation that prohibits Trump from dragging us further into war.

The takeaway: Trump is not an aberration. His hate-filled reign was made possible by a party that governs with, and normalizes, bigotry.
