This reminds me of a recent lecture by @carlrmay.bsky.social in which he highlighted the transfer of #labour from #healthcare services to care recipients and families.

I swear I read something else recently that committed the NIHR coordinating centres and RDNs to taking on some other things as well... Oh I found it - ENRICH in England. Without dedicated staff to share expertise and ensure accountability, I don't think it will actually be everyone's business 😅
