It took so long to come through that I thought I might have been the 10millionth to sign up πŸ˜‚ Pretty close though! Bluesky now has over 10 million users, and I was #9,992,214!

These look great! I’m working on a mythbusting workshop with similar themes so it’s helpful to see how you have tackled it.

Back in 2017 I planted a tree and now it’s taking centre stage on Waterloo Road! It looks like it’s thriving! 🀩🌳 Not going to lie though, it’s weird seeing Jason Manford telling students off in your old classroom πŸ˜‚

Some great tips in this πŸ‘‡

My personal favourite is using the reactions in Outlook instead of sending an acknowledgement email. It saves time and has a lower carbon footprint (at least, I think it does!).

Access to premium AI services is a significant concern for students Those able to fork out for advanced AI tools are at an advantage over those making do with free versions. Naima Rahman and Gunter Saunders explain that students have noticed this divide

Nice to hear from students πŸ‘ Knowing how to use the tools is only a tiny part of AI literacy. A big thing that educators in HE can support students with is to be critical of the outputs. Luckily, that needs skills that HE is already well equipped to teach. wonkhe.com/blogs/access...

Decided to make the move away from the other place! It's quite exciting to have a fresh start ☺️ Any tips on getting started with Bluesky? Any recommendations for who to follow from the HE community?
